We are happy to offer a 15-day, no questions-asked return policy (with credit/exchange only, no refund) for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached. The only exception is for Free Gifts, or SALE items - these items are FINAL SALE ONLY.
To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:

Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns that are damaged or altered may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Subsequent to this, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 7-10 business days. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, we will do a quality check. If the product passes our quality check, we will credit the amount of that item as STORE CREDIT in your account (if you have created one) or by generating a coupon code. The coupon code and store credit will be valid for 6 months from the date of its issuance.
You can exchange an item purchased on www.confusionfa.com with the same item or another one, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability. We’re sorry, but we are no longer processing refunds.
